Needle-knitted cord is produced through a knitting process using four needles that work in coordination with synchronized up-and-down movements while the machine is operating. These needle movements form a regular knitted pattern, processing yarn into cord strands with the characteristic needle-knitted pattern.
Its neat and structured pattern makes needle-knitted cord suitable for various product applications.
Braided cord is produced through a braiding process using several cones operating simultaneously. In our production process, we use configurations of 8 cones and 16 cones, depending on the type and characteristics of the cord being produced.
While the machine is operating, the cones rotate and interlace the yarns to form a cord structure with a braided pattern. This braiding process produces braided cord suitable for various product applications.
Needle-Knitted PP Cord is a cord featuring a needle-knitted construction, available in various color and size options. This type of cord is used for various applications in the printing, promotional, and handicraft industries.
Needle-Knitted POY Cord is made from POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) and is available in natural white and various size options. This type of cord is used for various cover products, protective covers, and other applications.
Polyester Braided Cord features a braided construction made from Polyester, available in various size options. This type of cord is used for various applications in the garment, garment manufacturing, and textile industries.

Polypropylene
