Needle-Knitted Cord
Needle-knitted cord is manufactured through a knitting process using four needles that move up and down in coordination while the machine operates.
These coordinated movements create a regular knitted pattern, forming a cord with a distinctive needle-knitted construction. The finished product is known as needle-knitted cord.
Braided Cord
Braided cord is manufactured through a braiding process using multiple cones operating simultaneously.
Our production process uses configurations of 8 cones and 16 cones, depending on the type and construction of the cord being manufactured.
During production, the cones rotate and interlace the yarns to form a distinctive braided pattern. The finished product is known as braided cord.
