E. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data based on the legal grounds relevant to the purpose and circumstances of the processing, as permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

These legal grounds may include:

  1. Valid consent, where processing requires Your consent;
  2. Performance of contractual obligations or steps taken at Your request, for example, when We follow up on a quotation request;
  3. Compliance with legal obligations, where processing is necessary to meet applicable requirements; and
  4. Legitimate interests, to the extent that this legal basis may lawfully be relied upon and does not override Your rights as a data subject.

The legal basis for processing is determined according to the context and purpose of the relevant processing activity. Submitting a form does not, by itself, mean that all forms of future data processing have been approved without limitation.

F. Data Storage and Retention

We use several storage facilities to support the management of consultation requests and business relationships. Retention periods may vary depending on the storage location and purpose of the data.

1. Website System Storage

Data submitted through consultation forms may be stored in the Website database and in the file storage used to support Website operations.

Form data and uploaded files stored on the Website hosting are scheduled for deletion after six (6) months. This deletion applies to the data and files in hosting storage covered by the relevant deletion process.

2. Internal Company Customer Database

Data required to manage business relationships may be recorded or stored separately in Mukti Djaya Talikur’s internal customer database.

This internal database is used for administrative purposes, recordkeeping, communication history, quotation follow-ups, and business relationship continuity. Data in the internal customer database is not automatically deleted merely because related data or files have been deleted from the Website hosting after six months.

Internal data is retained based on relevant business needs, with periodic reviews of retention requirements and consideration of applicable legal obligations.

3. Company Email

Form information is also sent to the Company’s email account for follow-up and recordkeeping purposes. Emails containing such information are retained for as long as the relevant email account remains active, subject to the Company’s internal email management practices.

Deleting data from the Website hosting does not automatically delete copies of emails stored in the email account.

4. Backups and Technical Copies

Backup copies or technical copies created by the hosting provider or related services may have their own retention mechanisms. The deletion period for these copies depends on the configuration and capabilities of the services used.

We will review relevant backup and deletion mechanisms to ensure that data management is consistent with this Policy and applicable legal requirements.

G. Use and Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Mukti Djaya Talikur does not sell the personal data of customers or prospective customers.

Access to data is restricted to the Company’s operational needs and the management of business relationships. However, certain service providers may process data or obtain technical access to the extent necessary to provide services used by the Website.

Such service providers may include:

  1. Website hosting providers;
  2. email or SMTP service providers used to deliver form submissions;
  3. Website analytics providers, including Google Analytics 4;
  4. security or spam prevention service providers, including reCAPTCHA if enabled;
  5. Website form plugins or service providers; and
  6. third-party communication platforms You use when contacting Us, including WhatsApp.

Data may also be disclosed where lawfully required to fulfill legal obligations, respond to requests from authorized authorities, handle disputes, or protect rights and security in accordance with applicable regulations.

Third-party service providers may have their own privacy policies, processing locations, and data retention terms. The use of these services does not mean that We sell Your data to service providers.

We do not intend to share personal data with other parties for purposes unrelated to the needs described above without a lawful basis for processing.

H. Hosting, Storage Locations, and Cross-Border Data Processing

The Mukti Djaya Talikur Website uses electronic storage infrastructure located in Indonesia to support Website operations and the storage of related data.

However, the Website’s storage location does not, by itself, ensure that all data processed through email, analytics, communication, or other third-party services is also stored in Indonesia. Such services may process or store data on infrastructure located in other countries, depending on each service and its configuration.

If cross-border processing or transfers of personal data take place, they will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

I. Google Analytics, Cookies, and Analytics Technologies

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help understand Website usage and evaluate its performance.

Depending on the active configuration, GA4 may process technical information such as visitor interactions with pages, device data, approximate location, and online identifiers used for analytics.

Based on the GA4 settings reviewed on October 16, 2026:

  • event data retention is set to 2 months;
  • user data retention is set to 14 months;
  • the option to reset retention periods based on new user activity is enabled;
  • Google Signals collection was not enabled in the settings view reviewed;
  • user-provided data collection was not enabled in the settings view reviewed;
  • the collection of more detailed location and device metadata is permitted; and
  • ad personalization is shown as permitted.

These settings describe the configuration visible at the time of review. They may change and do not mean that all advertising features are currently being used.

GA4 retention periods apply to the categories of data covered by GA4 retention settings, not to the internal customer database, email archives, or form data stored separately by Mukti Djaya Talikur.

We do not intend to send personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses, or WhatsApp numbers submitted through consultation forms, to GA4 as analytics data. Technical configurations must be managed to prevent such information from being inadvertently transmitted through URLs, parameters, or analytics events.

The Website may also use cookies or similar technologies required by the Website or third-party services. The availability of options to accept, reject, or manage cookies depends on the privacy mechanisms implemented on the Website. Visitors may also manage cookies through their browser settings, although restricting cookies may affect certain Website functions.

J. Confidentiality of Business Information and Customer Files

Information You submit through consultation forms, including cord reference photos, specifications, production requirements, and supplier information, may contain sensitive business information.

We use such information to respond to inquiries, assess product requirements, prepare quotations, and manage business relationships. Internal access is restricted based on operational needs.

Files or specifications You submit remain the property of their respective owners. Submitting them does not automatically grant Mukti Djaya Talikur the right to publish or use them as marketing materials.

If the use or disclosure of certain information requires separate permission or a confidentiality agreement, it will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable regulations.

K. Personal Data Security

We endeavor to implement reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or deletion.

Security measures may include access controls, account management, system updates, the use of relevant technical services, and data handling practices based on operational needs.

Nevertheless, data transmission and storage through electronic systems cannot be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free. We will handle personal data incidents in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

L. Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and subject to lawful limitations or exceptions, You may have the right to:

  1. obtain information about the processing of personal data;
  2. access and obtain copies of personal data;
  3. update or correct inaccurate data;
  4. request the cessation, restriction, or termination of processing under circumstances permitted by law;
  5. request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations;
  6. withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  7. object to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

To submit a request regarding personal data, You may contact Us through the email addresses listed in the Contact section.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify the identity and authority of the requester before processing a request. Requests will be reviewed based on applicable laws, processing purposes, retention obligations, and relevant circumstances.

Requests to delete data from the Website hosting do not automatically delete data stored separately in the internal customer database or email archives. Such requests will be reviewed based on their scope, the purposes of retention, and applicable legal requirements.

M. Children’s Privacy

This Website is primarily intended to provide business information and consultation services. It is not specifically designed to collect children’s personal data.

If You become aware that a child has submitted personal data through the Website without an appropriate legal basis or authorization, please contact Us so that the matter can be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
